PROTECTION OF THE INSURANCE BENEFITS FOR RETIREES AND THE DISABLED (BITUACH SIUDI)

I invest a lot of time and efforts in protecting citizens' pension and insurance benefits, especially those who can not speak Hebrew well.

Persistent fight, understanding the law as well as the ability to skillfully manoeuvre through bureaucratic labyrinths usually bring good results making my clients happy.

Hundreds of elderly repatriates complain about insurance companies which refuse to pay nursing care benefits despite doctors' prescriptions and prescriptions given by The National Insurance Institute.

Basically, it is a matter of ignoring an existing rule which says that if a citizen suffers from different illnesses which affect this person's life and make it more difficult as well as interfere with doing three everyday activities out of six (getting dressed, taking a bath, moving around, using a toilet, eating, getting out of bed and being able to sit down without assistance), then such a person has a right to claim the insurance money.
